- I did some testing on this topic. I fired 792 shots at a target dummy using the Twin Pistols and did double damage 106 times, which comes out to 13.83% of the time. Considering the sample wasn't that large, that's a tentative nope. --Mstr. K 02:51, July 29, 2010 (UTC)

- The range is approximately equal to the distance from the center of your character to the edge of the screen when you have your cursor all the way to the end of the screen (so that the screen is shifted to the side the cursor is pointing to). The exact distance is equal to 360 in-game units of measurement using the "asw_marine_labels_cursor_maxdist 360" console command. Reference picture here: [1]. --Ruin.Beta 21:45, July 27, 2010 (UTC)
