Infestation Savior is an achievement that requires you to completely cure infestation from a marine.

- This achievement can only be unlocked by playing as a Medic in the last three levels (SynTek Residential, Sewer Junction, or Timor Station), or on Insane difficulty - which can spawn Parasites on any level.
- For best results, equip the Medical Gun to focus your healing power on the infested marine.
